At Snap Mark Portals CO, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows
- 1. Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only if requested before the project development phase begins.
- 2. Milestone Work: For milestone-based projects, partial refunds may be issued for incomplete stages.
- 3. Final Deliverables: No refunds are issued once final deliverables are shared and approved.
- 4. Custom Plans: Projects under custom agreements will follow terms stated in the respective contract.
