Welcome to Snap Mark Portals CO. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms

1. Services: We provide web design, mobile app development, IT infrastructure, and branding services tailored to startup needs.
2. Payment: All services are billed upfront or in milestones, as agreed in the service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property: All custom assets remain the property of Snap Mark until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client.
4. Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and intellectual property.
5. Revisions: All service packages include a limited number of revisions as defined in the service agreement.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate a project with prior written notice. Fees for work completed will be due upon termination.
7. Liability: We strive for error-free delivery but are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our work.
